Working with Gigmann was - in short - a pleasure. The attentiveness to detail and professionalism, with which Alex works, in no way overshadows how incredibly comfortable and easy to talk to he is. Every possible expectation was exceeded, and we were left feeling incredibly accommodated and satisfied. The stream itself was perfect thanks to meticulous tuning and tweaks - again, entirely catered for by the man himself. The vigilance - with maintaining a presence, moderating and considerate online sharing - ensured peak performance. We were left to focus on making the show as engaging as possible without any worries. The enthusiastic approach doesn’t end with the performance either, and the commitment continues long afterwards. Live-streaming with Gigmann was my first ever stream. Going into it I felt slightly nervous, but Alex helped push the nerves away with his professionalism and his wide understanding of the social media world. Recently I was asked by Alex from Gigmann if I’d be interested in doing a Facebook Live ‘takeover’ gig through their page, as Alex expressed an interest in my music and had also hosted a gig for a band very close to me (EEVAH). I found that from there not only as a young artist, but also as a music student, that the services from Gigmann were done with the most professionalism and efficiency and Alex really helped and encouraged me throughout the whole process. The gig itself was so much fun and I felt at ease due to the unbelievable support from Gigmann and Alex, despite having only really spoken a few times. Gigmann are really passionate about supporting new artists and particularly as a music student myself I found the whole experience was professionally organised, fun, and much easier than anticipated. Gigmann has supported me a great deal even after the gig, sharing my live performance and my music across all of their platforms and I have gained a great deal of supporters from this experience. I recently did a live stream on the Gigmann.com Facebook page, and this was definitely the most views I've gotten whilst playing. My live streams normally only reach a few hundred at the most on the other pages I've streamed for. Also, Alex has been the best in terms of promotion and just the level of involvement with running the gig. No one else has put this much effort into it or helped me out as much, so that's been really great! I feel like I had so much direction and knew exactly what was expected of me. As a young, independent musician, this is really helpful for me, and I feel like the bar has been set higher for other promoters that I work with.

I highly recommend working with Alex Harris and Gigmann.com. A few years ago I connected with Alex when I searched online to see who was currently making music on my childhood home of the Isle of Man. I wanted to network with other musicians and make some friends along the way. My search very quickly showed me that if I wanted to accomplish this then I should send this guy Alex a friend request as his high level of talent, enthusiasm and professional expertise was very clear to see and hear.
