Ideal Forgery are an unsigned Alternative Rock Band hailing from Manchester, UK.

With raw vocal power, weaving lead cello Lines and a gritty rhythm section, and genre-defining influences including Biffy Clyro, Ben Howard, Led Zeppelin, Sound Garden and Dustin Tebbutt; their music entices their listeners into a diverse sound world.

Following the release of their debut single ‘Chase The Light’ they went on to play several sell out shows in Manchester’s leading music venues such as The Deaf Institute, Manchester Academy, The Ruby Lounge and Night and Day Café.

Furthermore, they continued their live success by embarking on a UK tour spanning across the UK at the end of 2019 which, concluded in the Isle of Man.
